I live by “never stop learning” and throughout my career I have collected skills and learnings by closely collaborating with many amazing people.
I am a traditionally trained designer and I hold Bachelors in Product Design from MIT Institute of Design in India and a post graduation in Interactive Media Management from George Brown College, Canada.
I live in Toronto, Canada with my husband and a dog and thoroughly enjoy baking, camping and connecting with new people.

Design Lead
As a UX design lead for Bank of Montreal, I directly managed and mentored a team of 3 BAs and 7 Designers. I lead the design direction for a their new retail experience launched in October 2023.
I also orchestrated the cross functional team efforts for upwards of 11 teams to ensure smooth delivery of the project. (Consulting client for IBM)
Omnia AI - Deloitte’s AI Practice
UX Designer
At Deloitte, my primary focus was dTrax (Now Arteria AI). I was involved with several other projects including AI enabled cyber-security software for enterprises, creating an internal website for Deloitte Greenhouse, as well as helping with the creation of COVID-19 Economy Recovery Dashboards.

Sr. UX Designer
Arteria AI, a spin-off from Deloitte’s award winning Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) software offering, formerly known as dTrax. As a senior designer at Arteria, I worked on complex enterprise solutions by conducting various client workshops, requirement gathering, mapping user pain-points and translating those to holistic solutions, to streamline digital contracting for legal teams in top-tier banks across North America and Europe.

As a full time designer Peerio Technologies, I was responsible for improving UX flows through out the app, conducting user research and using the findings to create intuitive interfaces for user testing

I was involved during the research and conception of the project, which was later taken ahead, refined and developed.
As a UX researcher, I consulted available literature and conducted applications review. I was also responsible for conducting contextual interviews with service providers (youth psychologists, school councillors and community centre service providers), in the Peel region and drew actionable insights.
